Return Policy

Return Policy:

 You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items purchased. 

1) When you're ready to return, submit a Contact Us form.  Please provide your name, email address and reason for your return. If your item arrives damaged, please state that on your contact us form or email us at  We will need a photo of the damaged or non-working product in order to process the return.    

2) You will get a response from our customer service rep within 24 hours. If we need any further clarification on your return, we will reach out to you via email.  

3) All international and domestic returns are approved, except for used or worn clothing items. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 14 days to process your return or exchange.  If you simply changed your mind and need to return, please submit a Contact Us form as well.    

4) Once you ship out the return and we receive it, we will issue you a refund on the payment method you used within 24 hours.  Please read our Refund Policy page.        

 Please note:

  • We can now accept returns from international countries, however return shipping charges may be incurred.     
  • Product must be unused or unworn for the return to be approved.
  • Blader Stickers, and gift cards are non-returnable.
