Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy on what items qualify for a return and to learn about our return process.  

Once your submit our Contact Us form for a return request, please give us 24 hours to respond.  We will contact you to let you know if your return is approved.  Please note that most returns are approved unless the item has been worn or used.  

Returns/Exchanges Process:  

1) To initiate a refund, please send us your item as soon as possible.   

2) Once your return is received, it will be checked to see if its in a new and unused condition.  If the item has not been used or unworn, we will issue you a refund within 24 hours, to your original payment method.  You will not be asked to re-enter any payment information.  

Please Note: We will not be able to issue the refund to a different payment method other than the one you used for your purchase. And please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Question: How do I cancel an order?  

Answer:  Simply submit a Contact Us form right away and we will help with the cancelation.  Please note: If your item has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order.  You will need to wait for your item to arrive and submit another Contact Us form to initiate a return.    

Question: When will I get a response once I submit a Contact Us form?

Answer: You will get a response within 24 hours.  

Question: What if my product arrives damaged? 

Answer: If your product toy, stickers or apparel item arrives damaged on arrival, please email us a picture of the product at info@lobalol.com as soon as possible.  

Question: Faulty manufacturing or broken after use?

Answer: We take these situation on a case by case basis.  Please email us a product photo and reason for your return and we'll respond within 24 hours.

Question: What if I changed my mind after I received my product? 

Answer: No worries! just submit a Contact Us form and we will help you with your return. As long as your return is not used or worn, we will issue you a product only refund once we receive the item.
