Local Delivery Available for Beyblade Burst Toys and T-shirts Only:
Local delivery is available for orders over $50 in the following zip codes near Northeast Philadelphia and suburbs. $10 delivery charge is added to order total.
Deliveries are made from 11am-3pm on Mon-Friday only. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. All orders will be delivered within 24 hours.

Question: How do I check the status of my order?
Answer: You will receive an email notification from us after your order ships. This email will have the order tracking number you can use to check your package delivery status. Please allow 48 hours for for the tracking information to become available.

Return/Exchanges Summary:
We accept returns unused items up to 20 days after delivery, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please fill out our contact us form as soon as possible or email us at info@lobalol.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
